The persons in the foreground are a little off. They seem to be cut out from somewhere elsewhere. Maybe they're standing.
The darker person doesn't look like he's lying on the roof. He doesn't follow the angle of the pitch.
The blue man's body position doesn't really match the perspective. And like you said the anatomy is a little off. Did his hip break?
But my acknowledge for the perspective in the background.
