Bakura's hair is quite interesting and so are his clothes and his bloody arm. With the blood on his mouth I get the impression that he bit himself, although that's probably unlikely. Then again, maybe not. I like the atmosphere - in a creepy sort of way. That's going to be a very successful restaurant, indeed.
Yup, it's water :D Haha, he didn't bite his arm--maybe it's not that apparent but you can see a blotch of red in the water, which is blood. The idea of the restaurant is that they preserve dead bodies in that water-place, drag out the bodies when they need to, then serve food using the flesh. Bakura is a waiter who'd gotten his clothing dirty from the blood on the serving, and of course he'd taken a bite for the heck of it.
