I'm trying to view some hentai doujinshi..I am over the age. I'm 21.. and its saying that I can't view them. Why not?

Every user needs to verify that his age as inserted in the registration sheet is really correct. Only after verifying that, he/she can gain access to the adult sections of our website. That is necessary for legal reasons.
You need to send us a scan or digital photo of an ID document (passport, driver's license, ID card etc.) via email to info@animexx.de; non-necessary parts of the document may be blackened out/erased (the necessary parts are: name and date of birth...and we need to be able to recognize that it IS an official document)
Then we will mark your account as adult, and you will have free access to all Hentai pics. :)

I am new here and I found the same problem as many others are facing such so I want to ask you that if anyone dont want to share his personal information then what he have to do? means you know passport and other things are very confidential things and I think by asking such things you will lose many visitors.

This verification process is only necessary, if you want to access the adult-only pictures / stories. But unfortunately, we really do need to have some "barrier" like that to ensure that only adults can see them.
I really do understand the concerns regarding privacy.
It's maybe good to know that most parts of this site can be used without this identification process, adult-only content is only the exception.

I'm sorry, but this is stupid.
Any minor can grab his or her parents' ID (or anyone else's near them) and say that's them. Or they can find one on the internet, change a few things around, and voila, they got an ID. Unless you guys got a crack investigation squad with access to databases from all over the world, there's no way you can verify this.
I know you don't want kids seeing adult content--neither do I--but this is ridiculous. I am most certainly NOT sending a scan of my ID to someone I don't know halfway across the globe.
