 First time to Anime Con: Page 1

I just moved to Frankfurt and I barely speak any German, that will change soon as I am learning.. But I am going to Connichi 2008 and I was wondering if anyone from Frankfurt Am Main is going? I do not have very much confidence on how to get there even though I will attempt it..
Also, I was wondering if anyone would like to be friends/e-buddies since I am new here and still learning the language...

Since the Connichi is over I hope you've managed to get there. I wasn't able to but my friend was and she said it was awesome!

Oh I can confirm that, Connichi this year was awesome :D

Hey there! I live in Grafenwohr, and my German isn't all that swell either... I'm always interesting in looking for other friends here! I had no idea Connichi was going on, I only recently started looking into conventions over here... I'm thinking about trying to go to Hanami this year!
Like Messi said, if you (and anyone else here really!) are still looking for friends over here, I'd definitely be interested. I'd love to meet some new people!
